E-COMMERCE management platform
Role: UX/UI designer
Team: Cross-functional (Designers, Developers, Product manager and Leadership)
THE BRIEF
Integrated NE Brazil mall ERPs and top marketplaces for centralized online sales.
OVERVIEW
The platform aims to integrate the stores' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the online sale of a shopping mall group in the northeast of Brazil. In addition, we also centralize and integrate with the largest Brazilian marketplaces.
THE CHALLENGE
Solving Inventory Sync: Retailer Pain Points & Stakeholder Alignment
Through a Lean Inception with stakeholders, we identified a critical pain point: inventory sync. Retailers selling the same stock across multiple marketplaces faced major disruptions, so we focused on designing a centralized system to prevent overselling and keep data consistent.
THE SOLUTION
Optimizing Merchant Workflows and Inventory Accuracy
By automating repetitive tasks and centralizing product data, we streamlined the flow for merchants to publish across multiple marketplaces. This approach reduced user friction caused by stockouts and improved overall agility. These changes minimized manual errors, such as order duplication, ensuring a more reliable and efficient selling experience.

Streamlining multi-channel iventory and product management
One of the user's challenges is managing their inventory across multiple marketplace platforms. This creates friction, as it requires manual updates, leading to various issues. To address this, we implemented a unified inventory system that allows merchants to see where each product is listed. This way, when a product is sold on a different marketplace, the merchant can easily track which platform it was sold on and the remaining stock.
Additionally, we noticed that retailers often keep their product information in a spreadsheet. To streamline this process, we created a user-friendly spreadsheet that consolidates all the information required by each marketplace. This means that merchants do not need to enter each product into every virtual store separately. When they export this spreadsheet, they can refine their product details, customize them if necessary, and publish everything at once, choosing the marketplace where they want to list their products.
As retailers need to manage their products in multiple marketplaces, we unify their inventory in one place where they can refine their products and publish everything at once.
Refining products
To simplify the user's day-to-day tasks, we have developed a product refinement feature. This allows the user to edit and add variations to their products when uploading them. They can customize these variations in a generic manner for use across all their online stores, as well as tailor them for each specific marketplace where they list their products. For example, the user can set promotional prices with specific dates for each marketplace, eliminating the need to access each one individually and making organization much easier.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
If the merchant wants to publish his product, he can review all the information added before, in addition to being able to choose a specific marketplace where their information was changed precisely for him.
Order status
It became easier to manage orders from different marketplaces unifying all the orders in one place.
